Caddy requires camera access to function as a rangefinder. When you point your camera at a golf flag, the image is analyzed using AI to detect the flag position and calculate distance. Images sent to our servers for processing are not permanently stored and are deleted after analysis is complete. We do not access your photo library unless you explicitly choose to save or share a shot.
We collect precise location data only when the App is in active use during a round. This data is essential for distance calculations and course mapping. You can disable location access through your device settings, but this will limit the App’s core functionality.
